Washing & Conditioning

Use a sulfate-free shampoo to cleanse gently. Avoid harsh products that strip natural moisture.

Deep condition with a moisturizing conditioner to keep hair soft and manageable.

Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently squeeze out excess water, do not rub.

Drying

Pat dry with a microfiber towel to prevent frizz.

Allow hair to air dry on a hanger or wig stand for best results.

Avoid excessive heat; if using a blow dryer, use a cool or low heat setting.

Moisturizing & Detangling

Lightly apply a leave-in conditioner or natural oil (like argan or coconut oil) to keep hair hydrated.

Always detangle hair from ends to roots using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush.

Detangle before and after washing to prevent matting and tangling.

Styling & Heat Use

Use heat tools sparingly and always apply a heat protectant before using flat irons or curling wands.

Avoid excessive product buildup; raw hair responds best to minimal styling products.

When sleeping, wrap hair in a silk/satin bonnet or use a silk pillowcase to prevent tangling and dryness.

Long-Term Care & Storage

Wash and condition hair every 2-3 weeks to maintain its natural luster.

Store bundles in a silk or satin bag when not in use to avoid friction and tangling.

Avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine and salt water

Orders placed by 2pm CST on Monday-Friday are shipped same day. Orders placed after 2pm CST or on weekends will be shipped next business day. Orders over $500 will require signature. All packages are shipped via UPS or DHL. Standard shipping is 1-4 business days. Overnight/Expedited shipping is available in most areas. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
